Anyone who meets all of the following conditions (each an "Eligible Participant") may participate in the Lucky Draw:

• Hong Kong permanent residents holding a valid Hong Kong permanent identity card or Hong Kong non-permanent residents holding a valid Hong Kong permanent identity card

• Eligible participants must register for the draw on the Project website to participate in the draw. Eligible participants must provide their name, email address, first four digits of their Hong Kong identity card number and Hong Kong mobile phone number to successfully register.
• The draw will begin accepting registrations from April 15, 2024.
• Each eligible participant can only register once per round. After successful registration, each eligible participant will receive one lucky draw opportunity per round. Any duplicate registration will not be accepted and no more lucky draw opportunities will be awarded.
• If a person who failed to win in each round still wants to continue participating in the draw, he or she must click “Re-enter” at their personal account web page to enter the next rounds until the final draw. (See event schedule for details)

• The result of the lucky draw will be released to winners individually address through SMS or email based on their mobile phone number and email provided at registration.  [The scheme will announce results of all draws on the Project website within 10 days of the final drawing day.]
• The scheme is not responsible for the loss incurred if the participant is unable to receive the winning notification due to untrue or incorrect personal information/contact information provided by the winner, or failure to send and receive any notification SMS or email.

• Each winner will receive a Cityline/Art-mate electronic coupon with discount code worth HK$400 (the number of winners in each round is 5,000, and the final number is 10,000)
• All use of electronic coupons is subject to ticketing platform’s terms and conditions. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions for details

• Each winner must collect the prize in person according to the prize collection arrangements provided by this scheme. When collecting the prize, each winner must prove to the scheme that he or she is eligible, including presenting the original identity identification documents and winning information. Winners who are subsequently found to be ineligible will be disqualified and the prize will be awarded to the winner on the waiting list.
• If a winner fails to redeem the prize at the designated location before the designated date and time, his or her qualification to win the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited. The scheme reserves the right to handle all unredeemed prizes in any appropriate manner.
• Winners are not allowed to request other gifts or cash in lieu of their prizes.
• Winners are not allowed to sell or transfer the prizes to others in any way.
• Once the prize is claimed, if it is lost or stolen, the scheme will not reissue it.

• Personal data of eligible participants collected during registration for the draw will only be used for registration, administration, winner notification and other draw-related purposes.
• The scheme will take all reasonably practicable steps to keep the personal data collected confidential and ensure that its processing complies with the relevant requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. This scheme will only retain the personal data collected as necessary for the purpose for which the data was collected. All personal data collected in this draw will be destroyed within [90] days after the end of the final draw. • Participation in this lucky draw is voluntary. The parties involved in the draw (including, but not limited to, the Program and its affiliates and their respective associates, shareholders, directors, officers and employees) shall not be liable to eligible participants or any other person for participating in or winning the draw. Any responsibility or liability for any damage, loss, claim, liability, death, medical condition, cost or expense incurred or suffered.
• Subject to the relevant provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the scheme has the absolute discretion to determine whether a participant is eligible to participate in the lucky draw and claim the prize. If a participant is determined to be disqualified from participating, the scheme will not be held responsible, and participants are not allowed to raise any objections.
• No person other than the eligible participants and the Scheme will have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the relevant benefits of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• This program has the absolute right to interpret these terms and conditions. In the event of any dispute arising out of and/or related to the lucky draw, the scheme will reserve the right to make the final and binding decision.
• If there is any discrepancy between the information contained in the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• The lucky draw will be held in Hong Kong. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
