Who is eligible to get a “Go!Voucher!” ?

  • A Hong Kong resident born between 1 January 2006 and 31 December 2012 are eligible to receive a voucher. Each can redeem the voucher upon registering online and completing identity authentication in person within the following 30 days.

Note: Each person can only redeem “Go!Voucher!” and” Go! Voucher 2.0” once.


If I have registered for the "Go! Voucher! " lottery earlier, how should I register for "Go! Voucher! 2.0"?

If you have already participated in the lucky draw, please directly log in to your account (using your registered email address) to register again. After completing the registration, you need to go to the Networded Center within 30 days to complete the identity verification to receive your exclusive voucher.


How does “Go! Voucher!2.0” different from the original phase?

  • Go! Voucher! 2.0" is on a first-come-first-served basis, and no lucky draw is required. The restriction on the number of purchasing tickets has been lifted, so users can opt to purchase one or more tickets. To support youth exploring with friends, new platforms such as Hong Kong Ocean Park, Hong Kong Disneyland Park, Emperor Cinema, MCL, and Broadway Cinema have been added to the collaborating platforms, in addition to the original collaborating platforms art-mate and Cityline


What is a “networked centre”? 

  • For the convenience of eligible youth, we have established a network of over 100 centers across the territory, including government-subsidised Integrated Children and Youth Services Centers (ICYSC), Children and Youth Centers (CYCs), and other service units operated by youth service agencies. The staff at these centers are professionals in providing youth support and will facilitate the authentication process for the Go! Voucher! in this project.


I could not find the time to complete authentication. Can I still receive the voucher?

  • No, the voucher will only be issued to eligible youth who can complete the authentication process within the specified period. As there are over 100 networked centers, you may consider visiting the one that is most convenient for you. For inquiries about identity authentication, please contact info@tyog.hk


I have mistakenly registered wrong personal particulars.  Can I still get the voucher?

  • No.  Please update your personal particulars for verifying as a true person to get the voucher. 


How could I use the Go!Voucher!2.0 at different collaborating platforms?

  • Here is an overview of the voucher use at our collaborating platforms. Please refer to the respective terms and conditions for the usage of the redeemed event tickets, admission tickets, and gift vouchers/gift cards.

Is the voucher and the purchased tickets transferable?

  • No, both the voucher and the purchased tickets using the voucher is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash or other valuable consideration and is not for sale.


Can I purchase everything at the ticketing platforms (Cityline, art-mate, CAST Ticketing) with my voucher discount code

  • No, you can only purchase eligible events listed on the platforms' event pages with your voucher. Please visit the event pages on the platforms to choose from eligible events:

  • Cast Ticketing: Event Page


Why can't I use my voucher at a ticketing platform ((Cityline, art-mate, CAST Ticketing)?

  • Please check if the event you choose is listed eligible at the designated event page and make sure that you have entered the correct code and email. For other technical support, please contact respective platforms.


If the event I purchased at a ticketing platform ((Cityline, art-mate, CAST Ticketing) gets canceled, can I use my voucher again to purchase another event?

  • If the host cancels the event due to unforeseeable circumstances and arranges a refund, the voucher will be re-issued to your account/linked email. You will have another 28-day period to use the voucher again. The re-issuance will only occur once.

Can I pick up the physical exploration vouchers for my children at the office?

  • Yes, you can. If needed, the person picking up the vouchers (the guardian) can collect the physical tickets on behalf of the youth who have completed the verification in person. When collecting, the guardian must bring a copy of the guardian's proof (the youth's birth certificate or guardianship order), a copy of the youth's identity card, and the original identity card of the person collecting the vouchers. A simple signature is required to receive the physical tickets chosen during registration. Currently, the options for picking up physical tickets in project office are as follows: Emperor Cinemas, Broadway Circuit, and MCL.
