Redeem Flow

Step 1:		According to the project timetable, within the specified dates, visit the official website of the conference and follow the instructions to fill in the registration information (including name, date of birth, email, and phone number).
Step 2:		After the registration period ends, the lucky draw results will be announced within 5 days (please refer to the registration and draw dates on the timetable). Regardless of whether you win or not, you will receive an email notification.
Step 3:		If you win, you will receive a personalized link via email, inviting you to create an account on the website and provide additional personal information. Then, you need to select and book a nearby designated center on the website for identity verification and to collect the exploration voucher. (Note: Identity verification must be completed within 30 calendar days from the issuance of the personal link. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.)
Step 4:		Bring your identification documents and visit the designated center at the scheduled time for identity verification.
Step 5:		After completing the verification, you will receive an email notification and usage instructions from the selected ticketing platform within 5 days. (Note: The exploration voucher must be used within 120 calendar days from the issuance of the notification email. If it is not used within one month before the expiration date, a reminder email will be sent.)

After completing physical verification, there is no need to set up an account on art-mate. art-mate will send the discount code to your registered email according to the registration information.
Upon receiving the discount code, please purchase tickets on the art-mate website.
Simply enter the discount code from the registered email during payment to use the exploration voucher.

After completing physical verification, participants who wish to use the exploration voucher on Cityline must set up an account on their online ticketing platform.
The exploration voucher will be automatically deposited into the participant's Cityline member account in the form of a discount code within about 3 working days, and the participant will receive an email notification at that time.
Participants only need to use their exclusive discount code during the normal ticket purchasing process when making payment.
